Four  years ago, I started my business as an Adoptee Counselor in an effort to connect with other adoptees and their adoptive families while offering support and education. This has been an invaluable experience and along the way, I have connected with other professionals who are also providing this much needed service. For decades, this has been a silent and marginalized population. I have been thrilled to come into contact with numerous adoptees and others who are continuing this venue of support and collaboration. To each of you, I thank you.

While not an easy decision, I have decided to close up my Adoptee Counseling business. However, I will continue to offer the monthly book discussions, “Adoption Chronicles”, which is available to any and all whose lives have been touched by adoption. Each month a book is chosen from the perspective of the adoptee, the adoptive family, birth mothers as well as historical and sociological studies. I additionally attempt to include the authors of these books as part of these important discussions.

If you would like to be added to my growing listserv, in which information will be provided regarding the title of the monthly book (as well as special discounts and free shipping on the books for these discussions), please contact me directly.

I thank you for your support and look forward to hearing back from you.

In Gratitude,

Abby Jacobson
